Bumping this. I have a reasonable suspicion that stealthexpert is back again, and is already selling and has a stickied thread in the Misc section.

Both use a ton of ellipses. Both are utilizing almost the same writing in their FAQ. Both have either brand new accounts or accounts that are having their first post in years in his thread. He has brand new members asking about UK ebay accounts specifically, which was stealthexpert's downfall as shown in the OP. One of them even double posted https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/ebay-and-paypal-accounts-for-sale-verified-aged-no-hold-accounts-with-feedback.1049843/page-4#post-11519232.
Most inquiries are being responded to in the new thread by @barmaley93 with "skype me", just like stealthexpert.
The new account is aged, but started posting again a couple months after the above member that @Zwielicht snagged was banned. The ebay sales thread is literally their only thread.

I think, if the above ends up being the case, OP may have had accounts in stock and no means to sell them outside of the BHW Marketplace, so once banned didn't have much recourse other than to try and come back and sell the same accounts.
Again, I could be wrong about all of this. I do know that OP of the new sales thread was online and posting an hour ago the same type of content.
