I know that it can be frustrating to be stuck with a problem that requires a reply from support. Especially when it is blocking your workflow.
I replied to your latest email after 16 hours. We almost always answer within 24 hours and most often much faster than that. We are on GMT+2 and if you are in a very different timezone you might experience a longer wait that others.
