Domain parking + search arbitrage

Hello,

Last year I started working for a company that does Native ads -> parked domains (with Google feed) and it is making good money. However when I tried to open an account in the hosting companies and parked a couple of domains, my account immediately got shut down for "policy violation". Than I realized buying traffic is no longer allowed.
However I`m doing it from my corporal account, and the same guys from the hosting company that banned my personal account, are helping me do it on corporal bases.
So I`m guessing there is a double standard, or this is fairly new rule, and the "old dogs" are still allowed to continue doing it. Just don`t allow new players.

So I started looking for new parking companies that allow paid traffic. So far unsuccessfully, however I found a Reddit post asking exactly the same thing, with an interesting answer:
"Native Ads - > Search Engine open source with AdSense Ads - It's how the big guys do it"

The threat is closed, so I`m asking what that means? Can someone show me an example of such page?
Also does anyone knows parking companies that still allow paid traffic?

Officially driving traffic on parked domains are not allowed near 2009,if u did it last year and got paid that is your luck.

Pros are still doing paid traffic arbitrage through Adsense and domain parking too but they know how to handle this stuff properly.

I been in parking business more than 7+ years and I can confirm it still works.

It is not luck, I am still doing it on a daily basis, with huge investments and payouts. But, that is my conclusion too, some people are being let doing it still. I`m well familiar with the parking business, but since I`m not allowed to open an account, I`m looking for an alternative.
Can you share more about the Adsense way? What is required, how does a page look? Dont mind if its on private

I am assuming they are talking about making a landing page with ads instead of parking. Truly, it's the general consensus that parking is dead and landing pages are the way to go. Even if you do earn from parking, you can earn more by making your own little page with your rules. No worries of getting banned + you can drive the traffic all you want.

Parking is a waste of time. Do your own parking.

I have several domains that I'd like to sell and have been looking at the same idea of making landing pages for each one and driving traffic etc. If you have a hosting account that allows add on domains this could work really well without taking up too much in the way of server resources. No sense letting godaddy and other parking sites make the money from putting ads on your domains. Plus, I'm not too sure that is a good idea SEO wise. You could do much better by building a landing page and doing some on page seo for it. Anyway, that's what I am going to try.

Are you sure about the not getting banned part? I`ve read AdSense dislikes simple landing pages, created with the solo purpose of placing ads. And people reported a lot of banned accounts.
I have never used Ad Sense before, so you say the earnings from it are bigger than from Parking, but I have parked domains that have an EPC of $4, sometimes $10+, which from $400/day spend on ads, return $800+, thats double.
Such returns possible with Ad Sense?

There is such a thing as PPC and it's diifferent for different niches. So yes, where you earn a high cpc with parking, you're also earning more with another ad network. The sole reason why a landing page is better is you can do anything with it. You can drive traffic all you want and you can have a higher CTR because parked pages look like shit usually.

As for the other question, it depends on the traffic. If you're syphoning shit traffic, I'm sure you'll get banned at some point. If it's higher quality, convertable traffic, that's a different story.

I've dabbled with parking and it never did me any good. I had some clever ideas too but they were all taken (i.e. domains). There is also a blackhat method for parking, allegedly works really well.

Hey OP I think his gist was that you could add PPC advertising to the landing page and send quality traffic to it for conversion. Honestly, I'm not sure that you would get aproved for Adsense on that type of setup, I don't think they like that sort of thing but I could be wrong. There is probably somebody here that knows Adsense really well.
There are tons of PPC programs, there is a whole section here devoted to it, and likely since they are here are more apt to help you set up an appropriate campaign.

could you explain what is the meaning of ''park a domain''?

It means you buy a domain from any domain registrar company, and open a account with any domain parking company, then add your domain in domain parking company and go back to your domain register company and update the dns or point dns to parking company..

Here is flow
(Name Cheap you purchased domain ) Domain ----> (Again you updated domain dns at name cheap )DNS Point to Parking Company ------>(Parking companies like, voodoo, sedo, parking crew, bodis etc.) add domains to parking company

Its just your opinion or experience, this is not true for all people. people are still making huge money in this industry and will always make good money, believe it or not ...choice is your. I am not here to prove anything but dont discourage other people who are trying to find path here.

I have access to an account that has accumulated over $1 million in revenue for the past 2 years with just domain parking + paid traffic. So definitely is not dead with the right approach. I have the campaigns that work, set ups that work, high converting niches that pay massively, just cannot open accounts in the parking companies, cause they dont allow new players.
That`s why I`m looking for another way to use the know-how I`ve got

And he said its extremely hard to make - listing Google AdSense search results. Than they advertise these pages to Google again (strange), so they don`t get penalized by AdSense. The profit is really small, but on big scale he said it works.
But said its hardcore coding.

CMIIW..so he build search engine site with adsense custom search engine in it than advertising it with google ads/adwords ..if this advertising is for branding maybe google allow this method, even though this is arbitrage method
