all i can say to this is we have been using this traffic in the same way we are providing this service without issues because there are workarounds that allows you send traffic directly to your affiliate links without breaking amazon tos.

I think you should be clear that this is a black hat method and although you can take steps to mitigate the risk, there is always a risk you will get caught and lose your account.

Outstanding customer service. The seller provided very thoughtful advice as to which account to use, how to get it approved, etc. Very impressed with the handholding. Literally anyone could do this. (Lucky for me!)
That said, I just checked my reports, and I'm a little worried it's working too well. I have about $1500 in sales. I think Amazon pays on net 60 (more for people outside the US, perhaps) so December will be interesting. This screenshot shows the shipped items as of this morning. Several of the non-shipped items are more $$$. I think it will work out to around $70. Amazon might catch on before delivering payment though.
