I changed a lot of antiviruses, I can say that Kaspersky is the best one. I'm using it for two years now.

Norton is the best. Avast and Kaspersky will neglect or quarantine some files during clean up while Norton will find and kill them.

Between, I have used Kaspersky, avast internet security and Norton. Norton has been the best.

I can download and run cracked files while avast and Kaspersky won't detect any issue. But Norton will raise a flag and remove instantly

i use a selection , find my post on it .

never trust one , get into the routine of backup and scanning afther day work.

many apps do secuity diffrent, so use all free ones that work, but each app has it own power.

If you don’t get silly you don’t need an anti virus. I haven’t used one for a few years now and don’t have any problems. I reinstall windows once a year or so (windows will get slower no matter what) to keep my systems running as fast as possible.

McAfee currently is offering 6 months free trial. IMO it`s good enough

1. Stop running Windows as administrator
2. Change default applications for .vbs, .bat, .ps etc files to open in notepad
3. You can use whatever AV you want as if something gets past 1 & 2 then chances are your AV won't help.
