I would recommend this service at all! Customer service is Poor & OP is very arrogant & takes 3-4 message to get any reply from them. Also, tried their service to unblock a temp. blocked paypal account & it got perma. blocked!

So I got my order delivered within 5 days and the ID looks top notch. So I sent it to Paypal and within 30 mins my account was restored. Big vouch for OP. Again this is the second time I ordered for my second stealth PayPal. And this time they asked only for ID proof.
My first Paypal got permanently limited after submitting ID a few months back. So just to let people know Paypal sometimes asks for many proofs and might still limit your account if they find its risky for business based on your past sold items etc. Just my two cents.

Got denied. Detected it was fake. a usa site with a germany passport. they odnt have access to it... no refund or store credit. horrible customer service. Buyers bewarned..

not the first time i had issues with them. another time i paid for rush service. they gave me an id with incorrect name. then didnt get back to me till monday. and (since they have weekends off) and they spelt it wrong again. took about a week for them to get it right. and no refund even tho i paid for rush service.. i wasnt able to tell if it worked with paypal or not because my account on paypal told me to call them. but i cant because my paypal is a female and im a male.
done doing business with them. i know they worked for a lot of people. but thats my experience... i aint afraid to voice my complaints.. if this post is deleted then i know others had this issue but their post was also deleted... so lets see if this post stays up i can provide any proof if necessary..

^^^^^^^^^^ yes sir. they have gone to sh1t. What happened is the owner of second eye hires new employees to do his work. its no longer the original person. So mistakes can happen and fuck you up. my advice to anyone is do your research.. second eye isnt the only one with id scans.. you can find cheaper faster and better online..
