It's very risky. I don't recommend it, you can expect a block. I always use max 2 accounts per one ip.

IMHO that's pretty fine. I never had any issues doing that.
But, I never added all five accounts on the same day.
They have been added to the bot in a span of several weeks. And now all of them work flawlessly.

If you use your home connection and your accounts are setup to emulate human behavior (slow actions) then you’ll be fine.

It shouldnt be a problem if you have dynamic IP and can make their timings vary along with making their limits reasonable and conservative you can even do more than 5. I have used upto 10 with Instagram App on single cellphone with my home wifi and upto 8 with gmt2 on laptop. But this was all with conservative approach

And adding mobile IP address as proxy in the bot should work? on settings like 400 likes/follows per day?

I agree with this and I think the key is "setup like human behavior"
I run 12 accounts from my laptop with the same home ip and everything is still running smoothly until now

I've had 5 on the same IP, on 3 diff computers. None got banned, however the stress of thinking they would be was not worth it. Just spend another $1 for another proxy.
I will say that 3 IG accounts on the same proxy, same computer has been fine.... but I stick with 1 IG account per proxy.
