I saw and drove a performante (totally not bragging haha) and yes... this thing is beastly. pics don't do it justice. SO MUCH LOWER IN PERSON.... OP, you ended up buying the performante, I see??

This house on the other side of the street looks super cool. There's so much space everywhere, you seem to live in a really great neighborhood. Can't say anything about the car other than that it's just fucking awesome.

I didn't proof read or properly format the rambling below, so please forgive me, I'm too lazy to do it in just a response. Also, forgot to mention, I will obviously post pictures/proof either here or in a new thread to give some inspiration whenever I get it. I'm hoping end of this week, but might be the following week. If enough people show interest, I may do a full thread properly outlining some of the stuff I rambled about below and giving some inspiration and pointers to people who are stuck and can't find their way.




There's really no secrets to be honest. I've not found a certain method thats allowed me to make a crazy amount of money. Its just slowly building up companies and building brands. I care less about making money at the beginning and more about establishing a brand name and product or service that is superior to the others. Then things just happen naturally and business will flow. At the beginning it was a lot of busting my ass and a little luck. Now I'm able to put my own money into hiring dev teams etc to build new companies/services etc. It was really just hard getting to the point I'm at now, once you have money to throw around to make things happen its a lot easier to build things/companies. I came from nothing, no one ever gave me a single dime, I never had investors and I don't have any coding abilities. Thats where the luck aspect comes into play, since I somehow made it to this point without all of that, but who knows, maybe it wasn't luck and I just played my cards right, I dunno.

If you want to succeed and think that the universe will not allow it, I can easily tell you how to change that. Learn to code, during that time, research lots of web based markets and find an issue with a certain niche or service thats out there that has tons of demand but improper supply. Once you're proficient in the coding areas that are needed to make the service, sites etc you've decided on, start to build whatever it is and do it better than the current offerings. If you build it and build it right, they will come. If you have enough dedication, I can say with confidence that without any previous knowledge of coding and proper research and entering the right market, you can in 2 years easily build a business from scratch to something making $xxx,xxx - x,xxx,xxx+ a year. Its cliche, but honestly hard work pays off. If you want it bad enough, you can make things a reality (to a certain extent, I'm not saying anyone could become a billionaire, but easily a millionaire in my opinion).


I've been good with computers and been a hustler since an early age. When I was much younger I played a game called Nitto 1320 and had amassed an enormous collection of premium cars that people had to buy for $7.95 each. I then at age 13 had a PO box and was selling them for like $2 per car instead. Thats pretty much where the internet hustle began. Made a ton of money at a young age and have basically just continued on that path since, taking things to the next level year after year. Now I own several successful web based companies and am lucky enough to live comfortably. However, I'm always hungry for more and have been working on my new company GainRank.com which will be an all in one SEO dashboard (not hyping, feel free to remove if you want mods).

There's really never been one set marketing avenue which has worked wonders for me, I pretty much just try everything and whatever works I scale to the fullest until I've milked the cow entirely. Further, each business and company is completely different, something that works for one of my companies likely will not work for another. In recent years I've been reading a ton of growth hacking books and its wired my brain to think differently and notice things around me that other companies are doing, which allows me to be creative in coming up with new marketing ideas

What do you think about not learning coding? I messed around with C# and C++ a while back, but not sure if I'm a fan of it. I have a few projects that I have and my main one is making me the most. Basically just working everything up, but it's making me above average US income. What was the point where you went from making decent income to millions? My buddy and I are racing to the top. He's not a IM, but a hustler by heart. I've talked to a few millionaires IRL and have gotten a good perspective from them, but they're not IM so I feel the path isn't the same.

Unpopular argument: A self-driving car is way more of a flex than an expensive supercar.

At the end of the day you are still angrily sitting in a traffic jam with all the wage slaves who hate their life. But with a self-driving car you are relaxing, working, napping, or maybe even getting your dick sucked while everyone else is aimlessly stairing into nothingness while rolling along at 7 mps in traffic.

You tell me which of those scenario's is more of a flex?
