I love the way these guys advertise themselves. Their support of "5 sites" is mediocre, and the reason for that is: it's just a ipv6 proxy provider.
Google bans the proxies the moment you try to scrape it with your new package. After you get your package replaced with different IPs, it's getting better. After a week or so, you stop getting errors and captchas at all.
Not sure about IG/FB/LI, didn't use it for that.
And it's not just "5 sites", not at all. In fact, you can visit any IPv6-supported website with these proxies.
It can take the support guys 12-24 hrs to answer. They avoid admitting that it's just IPv6 proxies, too.
I'm disappointed in these guys' shadyness, but hell, it's BHW, what did I want in the first place?
Anyway, I already spent a bit of cash at proxymillion, and at least I didn't get screwed off by them or something.
It's just the huge freaking lack of transparency that makes it a deal-breaker for me. Gotta move to my own IPv6 subnets later this year after all the proxies expire.

I contacted on site support and got a reply the next working day saying the proxies had been refreshed. I used the proxies that day/the day after without problem.

However, I noticed yesterday that my accounts wasn't connected. I have tried again to day and again the proxies aren't working.

This is twice in 6 days that the proxies haven't been able to connect.

support takes ages to answer. 250 package didn't work for a week or two, most of the proxies are either offline or triggering captchas at google serps. screw this.

Hey everyone!

Quick PSA. About 2 weeks ago we lost our main support guy one day to the next, a day before I went on vacation myself. He's doing well thankfully, but it did have consequences Needless to say things were chaos and you can read all about the effect it had on our support and service in some of the replies in this topic the last 14 days. I got back 48 hours ago and spent most of that time working through a lot of issues in order to get back on track. Jake and Luke did the best they could under the circumstances given. Apologies for any problems this caused.

One of the recurring issues (unrelated to the past 2 weeks) are bans of our ranges by Google, Instagram, etc. I've personally spent the last 6 months with a few enterprise customers reverse engineering most of these anti-bot mechanisms and have successfully found ways to deal with them at scale. We will apply some of these techniques to our 'regular' private proxy pool. What I mean by that is that our larger 8.000+ proxies (non-regular) customers are being hosted on private hardware and networks, completely isolated from everyone else in every way possible.

For the time being I will disable the checkout and support chat on our homepage while we work through this and reorganise. Support will remain available for active customers through our customer portal

Once we're back, we'll be back stronger than ever with a permanent way to deal with bans on an operational level.

Hey everyone! We're back in action - thankfully. Right now I've disabled the $19 package as that one leads to a bunch of problems. We had too many customers that bought 25 proxies expecting to scrape 1.000 keywords / hour then going to support complaining about captchas. That puts a strain on both our manpower, and our proxy ranges. So $29 will be the smallest package for now
