My experience with this seller was quite bad. It was a waste of time for me and I think he got no empathy for anyone.

First, he sold me an account and proceeded to sell the same bing ads account to another buyer 2 days later who then constantly altered my campaigns made a mess of it.

The seller apologized for the mixup after I brought it to his attention and proceeded to change the password of the email associated with the account (account was then banned within minutes because of too many IPs accessing the same account). Note that the account was working fine for me before him and his partner sold the same account to another.

He promised thereafter to issue a refund or to deliver a new account after 48 hours (according to him it takes time to make good accounts). I opted to wait for 48 hours because I was already settling into the service.

After 48 hours passed, seller failed to deliver a new account as agreed, he was busy selling accounts to other people as I can see here and after I reminded him he chose to refund me instead (after wasting another 48 hours of my precious time).

I think I have been poorly treated by whoever is behind this service. It's hard to understand why a sane person will treat a paying customer this way. I also wonder if he does this to other people too.

I demanded an explanation in a PM because my plans have been altered but he chose not to respond. I will look for another seller but I think you may need to thread with caution while dealing with this guy.

Same thing happened to me.. After my account was delivered, I setup a few campaigns. The next morning I received a PM:

“hello
i am so sorry , but you get bing account which sold before by mistake , so we closed your access to this account and waiting your response to know which solution do u want :
- full refund or just a new account”

I ask for a new account. I changed IP, and cleared cache and cookies with CCleaner. Account banned on login.

He's legit.. It's just he isnt providing vps cause bing detect them.. So he send you account before but people with some ip or cookies with old activity get instantly banned..

You must use CCleaner and a fresh ip. However is service works!
