She's not one of those "feeders" who intentionally tries to fatten me up or anything like that...but damn she cooks the BEST food and I can't stop eating it.

Gained about 30 pounds in the last 6 months or so that we've lived together.

With a wedding coming up in a month how the hell am I going to fit in my nicest suit from 30 pounds ago???

Any fast weight loss tips?

I reckon cutting the beer and whiskey out will help out too lmao

Just google loose weight fast. Pretty sure you will find the sites and tips of many members here. As usual the best working advise is rankend on first place :-)

she want you to not look attractive ... so no girl will think to steal you from her .

any girl on BHW could confirm if women have such mindset or not .

I thought about this but I don't think its the case.

She loves food a lot and loves to cook and her culture has a lot of fried and fatty foods that I'm not really used to. I struggled with weight issues as a kid but worked hard to over come it but having all this fried food and carb heavy food so close by has made me completely lose track of my healthy eating LOL.

My Wife is an excellent cook and I have definitely piled on the pounds, I want to blame her but obviously it is my own self control and greed that is the issue.

I can relate to this hahaha. Just be strict on your diet. Tell her that you love what she cooks but you can only have certain kind of calories for staying fit.

Edit: for fast weight loss, try ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. You will thank me later ;)
3am in Bangladesh right now, mosquito kidding with me now
Pakistan to Bangladesh in one hour? Dude that's a lot of distance. Flying by Concorde or what? :p

Yea it's definitely not her fault, my lack of self control is the issue. I just want it to be her fault :p:p

Cut of ANY sort of soda drink and also any sort of "diet soda drink", eat her FOOD but tell her that you only want half of the carb ration of the meal (rice, potatoes etc), while keeping the proteins and the fat.

Next: Exercise, 3x times a week, start running for 30 mins than another 30 mins of calisthenics (pushups, plank, pull up for back and after that for biceps). Do in the beginning 3, later on 4 sets of each until failure.

Its guaranteed that you will losse your fat. Its not hard and you don't have to "stop eating anything and doing 24/7 sports n shiet".

Good tips! I never drink Soda but I drink alcoholic beverages rather often so I reckon I will have to cut those out due to them being empty calories.

I like that exercise plan a lot. I might up it to 5 times a week since I've been feeling more energetic lately since quitting cigarettes.

there is no fast weight loss, with diet and exercise you can lose about 10kg in 3 months. And thats still "fast" and you will lose muscle too.

Get a new suit. :p

In the past 20 years my weight varied between 70 and 90 kg, give or take a few kilos. The good thing is that i have a wide variety of clothes from small to large sizes. Lol

Start with 3 so your body can rest, else you will get tired and stop doing it. Later on do it 4, than 5 times a week when your body is used to it.

You don't have to do a lot, just cut the carbs to half the portion, no alcohol (or minimal level) and 1 hour working out a day. Thats it bro, believe you can achieve!

It goes on a lot faster than it comes off doesn't it ? :weep::weep::weep:

THIS movie helped me a lot to loose weight. Highly recommended.

Look into ketogenic diets. Your body converts from using carbs as an energy source, to fats. When this happens you burn your own body fat, naturally. I've lost about 7lbs in a week and a half, while eating ribeye steaks, lots of eggs, bacon, butter, cream cheese, avacado, etc.

It sounds crazy, but it's the closest thing we can eat to how we evolved. (foods that we consumed as cavemen were foods that we could catch or find. Pasta was not here before humans.)
