Your best bet is going to be hiring a content writer if you are not able to do it yourself.

I am a newbie to the site as well...try the SEARCH feature, believe me it works....read some posts and keep an eye on the home page...you will learn a lot very quickly. I haven't come across anything that will help you make $10/day quickly, but over time you can even make $100/day.....good luck
