Most of Payoneer's charges are from exchange rates and mastercard charges.

hello i saw your answer i'm an amazon affiliate but i registered as a none us resident, but i obviously live outside the u.s is it too late for me to change this or no, idk how i can withdraw the money
I am also an Amazon affiliate non from the US.
You can use Transferwise/Payoneer and receive your money by direct deposit from Amazon.

do transferwise deiver a cc to your house like payonner, i already have payoneer but i don't really like it
They do but only for EU residents.

That's your bank, OP. Payoneer charges a fix fee of $3.15 per ATM withdrawal and that's it, the rest is the bank/ATM. If you withdraw in a different currency than your card, the fee is around 3% above the flat $3.15, that's normal. If it's higher than that, you should use an ATM of a different bank unless you're unfortunate and all of the banks have the same fees in your country.
Why would you compare an online PayPal withdrawal to a withdrawal at an ATM? Those are two very different things. As it was suggested above, your Payoneer funds can be withdrawn to your bank account, just like with PayPal. The fee is 2%, if there's a currency conversion, it costs 2% above midmarket rates.
Payoneer is not bad at all, but it can be expensive in some cases. For wire transfers, you can't beat the pricing of the mentioned Transferwise.

no way, maybe you did not use ATM...
I know a guy who use Payoneer for several years he was so poor, his rich aunt died, in her will he owed her 1000 usd

You probanly withdrew them to a bank account.
If you used their mastercard, you cannot even withdraw 3.5k in a single day, an no way it didn't ake anything.

Nop, I did withdraw at ATM exactly 3576€ in ~10minutes. You can withdraw 5k euros per day, that's the limit. They took 50 cents per each withdraws.
Before I withdraw ATM asked me if I want to withdraw in usd or in eur.....
I paid 90 usd for 1000 eur.....

Then your bank took 90$ for conversion rate. I have separate payoneer cards for USD and EUR and none of them asks for a fee. Maybe I live in a good country idk
