I just had my 7 day service activated last night and will give an overall review of my experience once complete, may throw in some updates before the 7 day service is done if it's anything of value.
I posted twice thus far and received powerlikes on those two posts.

I believe you do this in "MY ACCOUNT" once you create an account and are subscribed to the service on the website. From within "MY ACCOUNT" you click on "Subscriptions" on the left menu and then click "View" towards the right side of the screen.
From there you will find clickable "Suspend Cancel Change Payment" links under "Actions" where you should be able to cancel before the next renewal time period begins. Hope that helps.

Hi,
You can just signup for 7 days, and after payment has go through, you can just simple cancel the subscription by visiting "My Account".

Update:!
Ticket open since 2th of April! Paypal case opened! No powerlikes. But the Payment was sent!
I went with this service for about more than 1 year now. Different Packages... I liked the service, but these days I would stay away as long as the service get fixed and is still stable again!
I will search for another Service.

After opening a case at paypal, I got my money back!
I did not need the money, I wanted a working service!
... after all the hustle I hope that the service get stable soon. It's a very good service, as long there are no problems!
I will go with another Powerlikes!
Hope the service will be back again in a few days and stable as before.

We are not sure what your subscription ID is but we've setup all clients within 12-72 hours of payment.

I would like to clarify that the service is working, just that being stable is our piority in providing this service.
However there's no way for us to predict any problem arises from Instagram side which we fix ASAP and reimburse all lost time that occur, also I'd like to mention there was a miunderstanding that we thought you cancelled your subscription on the same day as payment hence we cancelled the service totally for your account. But however we refunded as you requested for the refund instead.

Would it be possible to get a package with only one post per day for an accordingly adjusted price?
Running a personal account posting three times a day is not an option for me...
Or maybe pay for the one month package and get it for three months with just one picture a day?

Sorry but we can't do that, our package are fixed and also we find that consistent posting is much more beneficial than one time off posting.
Your account should be ready to go within 24-48 hours of purchase.

My order # is 4173, I submitted a ticket asking if my account has been manually setup and I haven't heard anything..? I've already lost a day from my 7 day, can you please look into it?
After few days testing your service I didn't have no progress in my Instagram account. So I want definitely stop the powerlikes immediately! It's a wast of time & money in my case.
