many members think that i can extract 1k for 1 USD , actually its hard work to be done for just 1k , so lets make it clear :

less than 10k ---> 3USD per 1k
less than 50k ----> 2.5USD PER 1K
less than 100k -----> 2usd per 1k
more than 100k -----> 1usd per 1k

buy a list from the op for a facebook group that likes cats, create a website about cats with cpa ads and/or affiliate links and email market them to check out your amazing cat blog. Also, why not just link the affiliate link? Does making a free mini webpage really boost sales? Is it because you will link multiple items hence increasing the chance that they like at least one?

I tot this method doesn't allow anymore. You can't just upload emails and create custom audience. FB has been stricter since early 2017.
Your ad account will get banned in no time.
Maybe it will work now again, I not sure. You can try and let us know.
