Paid for my id and bill. I paid 7 days ago and i still have no files.

1. 30$ is fine for photo id np
2. 5-7 days its total BS. sure maybe you have lots of business but honestly your just editing a .PSD "Photoshop template" should take you max 20min even after looking over for errors. im sure you have a team as well.
3. 48-72h for 50% extra is crazy and 60$ for 24-48 is nuts. Sure 24-48h 14.50$ extra thats reasonable but double the price for something that takes 20min max
4. Also not everyone is going to know what the photo id should look like and if you guys have errors on the ids a normal person wont know that you screwed up and they assume you did the work properly they paid for. But ive seen ids people have bought from you that have mistakes in the coding of the id that others who dont know what the coding stand for submit your work and then get banned and you dont refund them because of your screw up.
5. This is why i said some of your pricing and refund policy is in a gray area.

Dont get me wrong ive been ordering from you for over a year now and only 2 out of the 10 ids have been rejected. and it wasn't because my account. it was your ids. After i did research i noticed the numbers in the id were screwed up and since i was new to this i didnt know and like most newbies would have never known unless i researched it.

so i triple check before submitting but you should offer some refund to people when their accounts get banned because of your error. Also you should consider fixing your pricing and delivery time.

I still rate your service 8.5/10 but those are just things ive noticed and come across thats all.

I sent a message back and ive sent 4 emails now, This error should have been fixed on the same day. its a simple fix.
