Checked some properties on rent in sofia after watching this thread. Most of them cost about 500 euros per month. How can one sustain on 350 euros per month salary?

These are all rip offs (prices for foreigners). You can rent a fully furnished luxurious apartment (100 sq m) for 275 euros. Better to check local sites. Prices per month for water: 10 euros, electricity: 20 euros, internet: 8 euros

No I have an EU passport so I can stay as long as I want. In Macedonia you can only stay for 3 months at a time and then you have to leave for 3 months.

There are no prices for foreigners, if a place costs 400 euros a month it will cost the same no matter if you found it on a local site or one marketed towards expats.
