Try and see. What do you have to lose at this point? Also PayPal isn't the only processor. You'll need to do some research to find out what's best for you.

I once created a new PayPal account using my girlfriend's social security number and a different zip code for my address but I don't know they may be smarter now it worked like a charm this was after they wanted me to pay $3500

The people are going to come to you to use your service. You don't need to know if they are going on a date or not. All you're doing is posting an ad for your service within the dating groups and those interested will message you.

I would guess that if someone thinks you are going to scam them, they simply won't reply to your ad.

You don’t need to know if they are going to have a date. They will see your post and message you to check them out for them.
