I don't know why ... but 50/50 clients call me "bro". Their emails are very weird, like "bro, bro activate now, bro i need dat, bro bro". More "normal" users are using bro too.
Some guys can multiple "bro" with "Sir", what is even more weird because construction Sir bro or bro Sir is oxymoron.
