I can’t code, so there is a distinct possibility that I do not know what I am talking about.

But, I thought every coder checked his application to make sure it was working properly before rolling it out.

I am utterly dismayed to have waited several weeks, only to be presented with a product crashes at every turn. Such poor performance is not amusing at all.

An app must do what it was programmed to do. PinDominator meets this requirement.

Secondly, support staff is simply outstanding. These guys are very skilled and competent. It’s always a pleasure to deal with people who know what they are doing.


Negative Points

PinDominator is way too complicated!

There are too many unnecessary functions

For example:

1) Create Single Post

2) As profile pic






Issue 1: Create a Single Post

Who, in the whole wide world, is going to get an automation software, in order to create a single post. That “create single post” functionality is completely unnecessary. And it is not a harmless addition. It adds an unnecessary layer of complexity to the software.



Issue 2: As profile pic

Again, this adds an unnecessary layer of complexity. Each pinterest.com account has one profile pic. When a user sets up his pinterest.com account, his profile picture is uploaded once.

Uploading a profile picture is an action that is performed once. Who really needs to automate a one-time action? What is the point of integrating that capability in an automation software? It is completely unnecessary.



Conclusion

The entire software is full of such functionalities, which only serve to make it complex, with no benefit to the end-user.

Please stripe your software of attributes which only serve to increase the learning curve and confuse people.

The reason why, end-users have to contact support every other day, is because your software is difficult to use. Every normal person wants to spend as little time with support as necessary.

The word itself "support" means just that "to support".

No one is going to request support, if there was no issue. If the app is straightforward and easy to use, nobody is going to have to contact the support. Contacting support takes both the time of the end-user and the time of the support staff.

Hey @planck , First I would like to appreciate your efforts and time taken to write this extensive feedback. Such things encourages us to make more room for improvement in our services.

Would like to mark some key points though :

* The intricacy of the bot is not defined by the modules which are added on request by numerous clients. There may be some things which are not useful for you, but they are handy and functional for many others.

* The design and functions of the software are coded and engineered for masses and NOT for a single person. We need to keep several requests / feedbacks in mind before adding or making any changes in an existing module. Accordingly the final design is coded and released. (Just for the record : Change requests have been raised from your side and we have modified the bot as you have asked. Those changes might not be useful for others but still we haven't received any single word from any other client that Why this module exists in your tool.)

* It is really complex handling and entertaining each and every change request made by thousands of customers along with the monthly maintenance and R&D. That's why the bot is equipped with some common features along with neccessary ones.

* We are giving options to choose between the functions which are required for your business and marketing strategy. There is no compulsion to activate every single module to make the bot run. You can simply ignore the things which are not required.

We can understand that some customers might face issues while running the bot and understanding the functionalities, To bypass this we have multiple support channels where our executives are working day and night to make things right for you. All you have to do is "Ask" and you shall be served.

That being said, we still appreciate your words and will keep an account for all the suggestions you have marked above. Just one request, Please don't think that this tool is designed for your personal use only.
