WARNING - Beware of a Pump&Dump group called "big pump".

So do you think you are not violating any term of service doing this and they cannot sue you for it and ask you a shitton of money as compensation?
HA!! seriously. TERM. OF. SERVICE.
This whole forum is based around violating TOS, Google, Facebook, Amazon,, and so on.
Even if they did ask, it doesn't mean anything.

This way you are directly stealing money from legit investors. No way you can compare this with PBN , fake accounts etc.
This is STEALING , not blackhat

Hi guys hope every things good...!

I wanted to let u guys know real quick theres a telegram group called "big pump", these guy supposably send a notification to everyone "at the same time" to pump the coin, and then dump it.

I joined the group because a friend of mine saw them on twitter a few days ago, and I told him to hold off and let me test them before he loses his money. lol.

I saw them a couple times all over social media, so odds are new traders here will see them too. BEWARE.

Today i saw their first pump [like 15 min ago], but obviously, the second they "announced the coin", I was on binance and I saw the coin was up 60% already. lol.

Bottom line - beware of these pump&dump groups, you can lose a ton of money as they're pre-pumping the coin and let u buy at all time highs.

Thought this kind of thread will be useful for NEW TRADERS, not necessarily the more veteran users here...

Peace!
Thank you for bringing this attention to the community OP. I have actually been monitoring them for a few weeks as well. I noticed that once they had given the 'signal' likewise the coin had been pumped, then 10 mins later there was a big sell off. The guy that runs it is called Vizard then after everyone complains about him dumping and them being left with the bags, he mutes the channel and deletes the messages. Then rinse and repeat.

Well if a currency is being pumped its increasing the value so actually giving money to investors.

I'm sorry, how is it stealing money?

Every single time you sell a crypto and it goes down, are you stealing from the person you bought it from? Of course you aren't.

I'm not saying this is how it should be, but this is how it is. You are talking about what you think it should be, I am merely telling you that, from my research, there are no rules against this.

Yes, there does. It's like arresting a gay person in England and saying "It's illegal in your country"
Oh shit, boys.

Got a PBN? Sued!
Used MassPlanner? Sued!

Stop violating TOS you naughty boy.

Exchanges are closing accounts, not suing people. They never would, because most cryptos are pumps orchestrated by massive whales with 100,000,000s. But, good luck having a class action with an exchange that doesn't even ask for ID...

You are quite simply showing how naive you are.

I honestly would not waste my time getting into it. Because anything that does not suit your opinion of "crypto is great" you will try to brush off with nonsense.

Like you say, we are at the very beginning of the crypto boom. Wait till the shit starts hitting the fan faster and thicker.

Wait till the goons wake up and realise it ain't a magic money scheme and they have lost their houses.

Wait till the ambulance chasers start wanting a cut of the pie.

You think it's legal to pump and dump a coin, simply as there is no particular law yet?

Well I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but there is a law against market manipulation, and crypto is a market.

I guess some people will just learn the hard way.

I was fearful of something like this. People getting greedy and taking advantage of the system in place will only call for regulation. There’s already government fear of money laundering. I can see it now, all US banks will not be allowed to convert BTC to USD.

Take what you can boys!

Didn’t you know, he’s the Wolf of Crypto.

That law only applies to regulated markets, at least here in the UK and the rest of the EU. As crypto has no regulating authority it doesn't apply.

BTC isnt a currency that can be converted at banks :/

The most ridicolous thing about these P&D groups is that if you choose a little wisely a good coin, and in this bull market is very easy to do it today, you make a MUCH more higher ROI than partecipating at these ridicolous groups doing what the owner say as an herd of sheeps.

So this is the game of the most poor minded people cannot neither make money in a market where 2 out 3 coins make +100% in 2 weeks
So sad

Thanks for the heads up OP.

Anyway I don't think you can be sued for this. Cryptos aren't considered securities. As far as the government cares you are throwing your money in the bin the moment you buy cryptos. And everyone is free to burn their money if they want to.

I am under no illusion that Crypto is perfect, or even good.

The whole market is built on manipulation. If it were illegal, everyone would be arrested. Every time I buy into a coin, I cause a pump, whether I know it or not. Ripple spiked billions of dollars after a single tweet. That is clear market manipulation.

Every single time you sell a coin that then declines, the person who bought it from you lost money. Does that make you a theif? No. They agreed to buy it. You didn't make any false statements about it.

Let's arrest Mcaffe while we're at it. He failed to disclose that he was paid to shill coins that then increased (AND later decreased)

The SEC has even commented on this. They said that they are concerned about it, yet they did not regulate it, like they did ICOs.

I don't know what you mean here? They put out the coin and the whole thing is over within a 1 min candlestick. I mean, I make decent returns normally, but not 50-300% in a minute?

This forum was built on stealing and criminal acts. Cheating ad networks, illegal movie uploading, breaking TOS left-right and centre. Those all should be and are illegal. This should be but is not.

Or, if your connection is lost for 1.5seconds as you said earlier, you get buttfu**ed very hard still it recover...if it does

And that's a risk you take? What if I trade normally and I lose my money because the system does not receive the transaction? Are they theifs? If I sell my coin and it then goes right up, is the person buying a thief and stealing my money?

I have done my research and found nothing saying it is illegal. Plenty of articles explaining why it is not.

You, on the other hand, are saying it's illegal because you think it SHOULD be. So do I. I completely agree. But that's not the case, right this minute.
