I honestly would check out reviews in the marketplace. You will find a ton of good reviews.

if you are looking for better speeds then you might want to look into moving to a VPS server instead of hosting on a shared server.

the best ones for years and took years for me to get it right .

http://servikus.com

never ever let me down 100% support very good hosting company.

got a advert on this forum check them out ...

they dont play games there fantastic help and brilliant service

very very polite staff

if your nice to them they even help you all the way , but be nice they are human not robots

^ i second it, its better to go with a vps, webhosting they will just bully u to upgrade account n charge u unnecessary upgrade fees, the moment ur site gets decent traffic.

adding to that if ur in webhosting plan if ur host doenst care about how ppls use resources others might over use things n leave ur site to move like a snail.

so vps is always a better option.

contabo hosting i use, its offshore and perfect without any issues.

not every host is that narsty as you descibed via forcing upgrades .

business works both ways if your earning a good income of course you pay why not .

I've been using crocweb for the last 5 years, pure SSD, 0 downtime, unlimited add-on domains, and virutally unlimited resources. My sites do consume a lot of resources

Note: I'm in no way affiliated to them

what do u pay routhly monthly you forgot that bit..

about 100 bucks for 3 years, works out to like 2.99 a month for 10 gb space. I'm with them for the CPU resources and uptime, not really for the drive space so it works for me.

For shared hosting you can choose Bigscoots and Hawkhost (i am using both of them right now. Their support are very responsive).

If you have serious traffic website/blog then you might go to Liquidweb.

If there is more traffic on your website and there are continuous requests to your website then you should have your own VPS. It will be best solution for you. There are number of web host available if you will search online. You have to choose best among them by checking the below features -

1. Quality support with best technical resolution
2. 24x7 service
3. Proper security setup with Firewall
4. Affordable cost

If the hosting provider has these features then go with them.

Before buy a Dedicated Server i used HostWinds, i never had problems.

bluehost, hostgator etc are good for shared hosting but if you are really optimistic and hard working than go for OVH vps and as you get more traffic you can upgrade and can stay with them for years happily.

I had used HostGator and I am happy with them. Price is high but I cannot take risk with other small companies.

I've 2 websites with 400-560ms of pagespeed loading with TFB under 0.2 seconds iirc (Amazon affiliate sites)
Obviously they've Lazy Load enabled.
If the stats seem good enough, you can try VapourHost (found them in some Facebook group). I assume they've reseller hosting? I did ask them and they denied using reseller hosting.
Anyway, if that impresses you, there's a 15% off discount available as well, don't know where I found it tho.

If you want to stay away from Local Hosting Companies, I would strongly recommend DO (If you can handle it), AWS and Vultr is good.
Ramnode has good VPS btw, you should check them out.
Also, I've heard a lot of positive reviews about Namecheap from my peers.

Edit : Did a quick Google Search, 15OFF is the coupon code for 15% discount. I don't know if it's still working or naah

Also, I'm not affiliated to VapourHost. They're cheap and affordable for the starting days of the site. I generally upgrade to Ramnode or DO (have a friend who optimizes it)
