Delays in response on BHW Nov 2017

Due to a massive increase in demand over the last 20 - 30 days there are delays in some support tickets and threads being reviewed. We have added resources to overcome this and will be back on track in the coming weeks.

there have been some changes that meant review times took longer than normal
in business people come and go and sometimes that can delay review process
also remember the owner also has a day job, he doesnt live on bhw 24/7
dont judge the last 2 months when the last 10 yrs have been pretty good.

and as your not even a payed seller waiting on a market place review
with all due respect your comment is kinda mute.

One of my threads has been waiting since october 23st

The demand must be very high and we must be patient as this thread says
