in Pakistan we don't have Paypal. so how can i get Paypal account which i can use to purchase different online services, like SEO related or purchasing domains etc. I do have Payza right now, but i need Paypal account as well.. i think i can transfer funds in Paypal from my Payza..

So basically i dont need to withdraw money from Paypal, i only need a paypal account for online purchasing of SEO services. Also can you explain VCC or VBA things in details or may be i should google it for my understanding
