Ok, here's my review of this service:
I added $40 via Bitcoin (they use mycellium for a processor). The funds were added without problem.
I ordered 5000 "Facebook - Website Likes | INSTANT". The order went into some kind of pending state :

So I waited a little over a day, during which time absolutely nothing happened.
At that point I asked in this thread, and the person told me to open a support ticket. I had not opened one before because of the red "Offline" bar on the bottom of the screen had stayed red and offline absolutely the entire interval.
But anyway, I opened the support ticket as requested, and I got :

Your call is as good as mine as to how the gibberish is to be interpreted. On the first pass I imagined the OP is saying that they don't have any work left to do ; maybe what they were trying to convey is that they just stole some random software they don't know how to use and as a result central parts of it don't actually work (a theory well supported by the very low effort look everywhere, "page contents" really ?).
Anyway, there is (as you can well verify for yourself) absolutely 0 anything anywhere as a result of paying these people $40. Don't believe me -- check yourself.
tl;dr : If you want to get rid of some money safely and ecologically, without leaving any trace whatsoever, I very much recommend socialpanel24.com
