Hello from the Associates Program,

We previously contacted you to request details regarding the means through which you are referring customers to the Amazon site, so that we can ensure that you are in compliance with the terms of the Associates Program Operating Agreement.

We are writing to tell you that effective as of today’s date, Amazon is terminating your Associates account. Under the terms of the Operating Agreement, we may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

It is important that you immediately remove all Amazon Content from your Site(s). Please be aware that any other accounts you have, or may open in the future, may be closed without payment of any fees. Amazon reserves all other rights and claims.

Because you are not in compliance with the Operating Agreement, Amazon will not pay you any outstanding advertising fees related to your account. Amazon exercises its right under the Operating Agreement to withhold fees based on violations, which include the following:

-You are artificially inflating clicks or impressions on your Site or creating sessions on the Amazon site, by way of a robot or software program or otherwise.

Thank you for your participation in the Amazon Associates Program.

Warmest Regards,

Really sorry for your, bud.
Opening a new Amazon account will get you an instant ban or when you request your 1st withdrawal.

What did they write you in the 1st mail? Did you broke any TOS?
Was is just about traffic or also regarding your site, maybe there were also some issues you didn't fix?

Read it again "Because you are not in compliance with the Operating Agreement" .. Make sure your websites are fully compliance with amazon Operating Agreement.

Nothing I didnt broke any of their Terms & Conditions - I used only service called dlvr.it

Also site is just a normal affiliate website, nothing so specail - they just closed the account without giving any explanation.

That is ridiculous from Amazon you will get a spike traffic from search engine and other bots when new content is indexed on your site and that is normal ,you have no control over that.I uploaded 11 Youtube videos with my amazon link and get a spike of 72 hits to my amazon links which are all bots.

This is why affiliate marketing is no opportunity for me anymore.
You cannot control things and you can get banned anytime for no reason.
You build a site over months and years, work like a maniac, invest your blood and money and boom, they take away everything in just one moment.

The only opportunity to take FULL control over everything is to create your own (digital) product IMO.
I am working for months on product my own and will finish it soon. Web development and content creation will take a couple of months more.
But there is noboby able to take away shit from you. Your website, your product, full control.
A lot more potential, higher earnings and you are the only one who make the rules.
Especially Amazon is ripping their Affs with their shit rates and it gets even worse.
You bring them shitloads uf customers and they just give a damn at you in the end.

Affiliate marketing can eliminate your living in just a second, especially if you put all your eggs in one basket.
Just my 2 cents, others may have different opinions. Having full control about everything is the ony way to go - at least for me.

Wish you all the best to get your site back but I actually don't see a chance...

I had my US account closed, the email did say you're welcome to re-apply which I did, I've not had any sales yet, it's not until you have a sale that they check the site. so I'll see what happens

edit to add. I just found the email from Amazon and my reason was lack of content blah blah, the email said if you've improved your website you're welcome to re-apply.

Amazons decisions are final in general.
It is the same way if the close your regular customer account.
Not even lawyers will bring your account back - at least this is the case in my country.
They also told OP, the decision is final. And if they say it one time, I see no chance, not even 0,1%.
Creating other accounts will get banned also. They are very strict, if they made one decision.
On the other side I have to say, they have great customer support and also affiliate support.
They help you out and give their best to solve the problem to your best. They also give you chances to fix issues.
But once a decision is made, this is it.
Again: Just my experience in my Country.

I've seen a couple of people claiming the managed to get their accounts reinstated by Amazon. They're generally easier to deal with then the Adsense numpties.

What sort of earnings are you talking about, over say a 3 month period?

If you went from $400, $400 then $5k it might raise flags.

When did it happen? As you requested your 1st withdrawal?
They told you the reason but there might be a totally different one.
Are you absolutely sure you did nothing wrong? Maybe someone could check your site if you did some mistakes of TOS violations....

Nothing WRONG done - except used service called DLVR.it
simplease easyazon plugin was used and that's it

So you create automatically posts on your social networks using this service and people find their way through social media to your site?

"-You are artificially inflating clicks or impressions on your Site [...}, by way of a robot or software program or otherwise."

Not sure, but maybe this is the problem.

Ask for a reconsideration, but in the meanwhile, create another account.

There wont be anymore reconsiderations, so better find your brothers or sister to create a new company and find new ISP to create new account. Using same details as your is waste of time..

Is it wrong to download the images and upload to your site?

definitely.

the rationale behind is that they need the image to be lively updated and if u download the images and upload to ur own server , u cannot have them updated and amazon might risk selling stuff tat aint the same in their site.

thus to protect their reputaiton, they ban ur account.

the same goes to pricing. which is even more strict.
