Usually you are hyper-fast, seem to deliver in 3-4 days always. This time, it's been 9 days that I ordered (from my partner Sudeshna's Paypal). But no report so far. Did I miss the report email? Or are you really taking a bit more than your usual self?

Got the report now (I knew I had missed it on 21st August - wheew that was a 2-day turn-around!). Yeah, I kind of knew you would have sent it in 2-3 days and I would have missed it. My bad. I think your service is the single fastest in BHW amongst the ones that I have ever used. The best TAT.
