Just one question: "Why are ad accounts so expensive?"
When we can create a new one through business account and attach a replaced credit card.
I am just curious to know the difference. Instead i am in need of buying one but prices are so high which makes me curious to know the reason before buying.

Through Business Manager you'll be able to create up to 5 new ad accounts. If you are lucky, you'll be able to use the extra ones for a while. Once you get all of those banned, that account is done.
If you then just go and create a new Facebook account and try to run ads on it, it will likely get banned fast - Facebook sees the link with your previous account. (IP, cookies, other fingerprints)
You need new accounts that have no links whatsoever with any accounts that you have run BH on before. To come up with such accounts on a consistent basis requires quality residential proxies, payment methods and many other things, which all cost money. And I say consistent basis, because if you run BH, accounts going down regularly is normal. You need a constant supply of new accs.
