Anybody capable of ranking #1 fast isn't going to sell their service. They will use it to make a shit ton of money with their own sites.

This isn't 2013 man, I haven't seen anyone do a proper churn and burn for years. I've tried many, many methods with a ton of PBN's, spam and everything else... and I used to be a churn and burn master back in the day, would rank 1-3 in 1-5 days.
But now Google just blocks it all, sandboxes new sites. I had one site sandboxed for 3 months before it popped into rank. Granted I am using new domains but I imagine it's the same all around.
People ranking nowadays (including my sites that rank) are using PBN/relevant links and/or hacked links (which I don't use - but I see the big players in replica etc using them).

It may be possible, but it's not possible in any markets that are worth doing it. Plus the only thing "most people don't have" is hacked links.
If you follow replica / pharma / other blackhat niches you'll see that even those guys can't C&B anymore, it takes them months to rank and that's with hundreds if not thousands of hacked links.
No. I've seen it done in large very profitable niches, nothing to do with hacked links. And certainly worth doing. I have been testing small scale.
The only people you will come across are dick head brain dead spammers. And the only thing that will happen is a burn with no churn.
can you suggest anyone who can help me with this thing ?
As others have said, no body who can churn a site these days will help you. You will only find dick heads making promises that they can't keep.

I follow most if not every "large scale" blackhat niche, and spend hours weekly reverse engineering new tactics etc... have been doing this for many many years.
Unless your idea of "churn and burn" is 3-6+ months... churn and burn used to be 3 days to #1-3 for me. How much time are you talking?
Couple of weeks or less.

If you can show me one site that's ranked top 10 in less than 3 weeks without using a million 301s from previous sites that ranked top 10, I'll commend you... but I still don't believe it, as I track all the top markets.
Even in replica there's more than a few weeks turnover, granted, they have months/years old domains just sitting there waiting for links to come in.
I'm not here to show people other people's sites. I'm just saying it is possible, I have seen it, and I know exactly how they do it. The niche is a niche of sports betting. The actual site, sites involved, I know the owner from gambling affiliate conferences and forums, and I know for a fact he is clearing over a million a year £ not $.

I'm in that niche, hence my name "blinggam". I presume it's happening in the UK (I don't have sites in the UK), so I'll monitor UK keywords and see if you're telling the truth. I've also been to several gambling conferences and met with some pretty high-up guys, but have yet to meet this infamous churn and burner.
Even if he's using mass 301s etc, if I ever see a domain that's under 3 weeks old pop into the SERPs I'll admit you're right.

He is right, i have seen this in another niche as well. I dont know if its the same method or not, but it doesnt involve a shit ton of links,its a completely different strategy involving stealing already ranked sites juice to reach page 1.

Unless the top guys all link to one another like in FI, SE, NO, etc, I don't see how it's possible to "steal sites juice".
The only other thing that comes to mind is some sort of 301 ghosting but it doesn't really make sense why that would take the competitors juice.
No not stealing sites, not illegal. In fact it is fair simple if you have what you need. In fact if I outed it, it would be one of those kick yourself things, it is that simple.
