I've been meaning to post this review for ages! - I've used these folks for over 2 months now (possibly over 3 months, would have to check) and so far - VERY good 
I use the VA for various things, from initial research & data gathering for outreach, following specific instructions for social media stuff, etc.
I'd say they work hard, apply themselves and are great to work with. I'm totally happy with my VA and same goes for the manager who checks-in with me every so often.
One thing I will say - remember to manage YOUR expectations. The amount you pay for your VA is rather cheap by UK or USA standards, but remember that you're still dealing with HUMANS here...
Humans make mistakes, humans get tired - humans have feelings. Don't be a dick and don't expect your VA to be perfect from the start. Give them time to learn the ropes and explain that they can (and SHOULD) ask you questions if they get stuck. So far I've found that explaining that I am very approachable for questions has led to my VA coming to me even if they are slightly unsure, which has work very well and now the VA is able to work most days without my input.
In fact, there's been a couple of days that I've been soooooo busy that I've forgotten to hand out the tasks to the VA. Not a problem though, they simply checked previous days tasks and repeated some of the things they knew that I'd want doing! Top marks

Hi I have a few questions about your VA services.
On your site http://globolstaff.com/ you have a list of services listed below. Is the VA's Skill Set - is she able-to or have the experience to do all of these type of services or at least be able to get guidance or directions from her on site manager to show her what to do?

Very interested in this. Did hire VA's before. But they must understand English perfectly. I once hired a VA for 1 month (to test it out). It wasn't her fault but she did not understood English good enough to know when someone makes a joke for example. When posting blog comments I asked it to be "light" and to make sure depending on how the discussion goes to react natural.
Also are these VA's skilled in onsite seo? Like page titles, meta descriptions etc?
