Looking for Like Jacker, Follow Jacker for FB, G+ Jacker

Hi - I'm looking for a FB Like Jacker, Follow Jacker for FB, G+ Jacker and Twitter Jacker that work with any type of websites. Please read carefully, are there any of the above Jackers coded that would work with any website?

I found the ones that are designed for Wordpress only so they wouldn't help me much.

Yeah we have a FB Post Like Jacker and a FB Follow Jacker but they are WP only.

After the new changes on facebook the like jackers doesnt work.... Everyone is waiting for updates and hopefully they can fix a new like jacking plugin...So dont pay for anything right now until they find a solution.. This time its really hard to bypass the new like system..

Facebook has made changes, we disabled all plugins until we find a way to bypass is. As now confirm popup shows to the user after he click. So for this reason we disabled plugins for all.

The video title says "FB Post Like Jacker". In the video it shows the settings page of the jacker which says "Please enter the URL of the FB Post that you want likes for". Through the video I talk about jacking the like for the post.

No, it doesn't need to be any clearer. It's already clear enough for anyone to realise it's a post like jacker.
