I have been searching but can't really find the refund policy. Is there any?

The program works as described on the first trial. But after that, it would have been better if I do it manually.
1. The order panel doesn't really work. I need to contact support on Skyp4 to get the download link and license key. Two days have passed and the order status is still "processing".
2. When I select all the channels and press the send button, the green notification "All M4ssages sent Successfully" appeared in a blink of an eye. I checked gmail and youtube sent m4ssages and didn't see anything. Contacted support on Skyp4 again and received no reply this time (more than 1 day has passed). Later I found out myself that I need to install Chrome on the VPS in order for the mass m4ssage function to work (actually I am a noob, so this is my bad).
3. For the first keyword, things seem to work without issues. From the second keyword onwards, the problem appears like this:
Generally the software will find about 60-120 channels (every time I search with the same keyword and filter, results turn out to be different). And whenever it reaches 10-15 m4ssages, it appears as "Process completed" and the green notification "All M4ssages sent Successfully" appears as well. So I have to watch the software all the time to re-do the whole process, it is not very automatic this way.
And I also found out that a lot of the channels that it sent to are like Ted Talks, Ellen Shows, Justin Bieber VEVO, Disney Movie blah blah. There should have been a way to filter out these kinds of channels (or it is just my bad that I have chosen the wrong keyword).
In general, I think that the idea is good, but the software still has a lot of problems for me. As said above, it would have been better if I search and contact the channels manually.
