toml3030 I wanted to ask you since you are so successful as you claim selling online mainly on eBay and Amazon as it sounds are you successful in other endeavors?
Such as Real Estate, Trading the Stock Market, Futures, Currency, Cryptocurrencies

I also manufacture products and import products and wholesale in my niche. I sell those to websites and retail stores. What we basically do is help websites and retail stores brand their merchandise by manufacturing customers' designs and protecting their intellectual property by not selling it to everyone. That and the ecommerce operation on my own designs is what I do day to day. I also have silent investments in other businesses, including a gas station and a medical lab where I'm just the money mark and and not involved in day to day operations. I am out of real estate as of now but am at some point going to be involved in a fairly big real estate development deal (100+ townhouses + retail stores). I have traded stocks, options, and futures.

1. What is the best strategy to start selling on just-registered account? Lowest prices? Nothing but wait? Maybe something else?
2. If item wasn't sold in the past month and doesn't have a history, how better to deal with it? Remove and forget? Re-list it as a new one? Maybe something else?
3. How to check whether brand/product is risky to resell or not?
4. How to deal with the fake accuses in selling counterfeit items? Any protection against this?
5. What do you think about PayPal middlemen? Is it allowed by eBay to receive money on such accounts?

First of all, IMO the amazon/eBay for a beginner is only a way to get into the game, because that business is starting to get burned out really fast because price differentials are being arbitraged to death by thousands of people and you will not be able to compete in the long run against professional arbitrage operations. You must grow and move beyond that if you really want to make in the long run.
On new accounts, what I do is to list cheap (under $10) items that sell fast at cost until I get all holds lifted and get a first limit increase at eBay. If you do it slowly, it should take you about 3-6 months and 20 or so sales.
eBay prioritizes new listing over listings that haven't sold in the past 30 days.
All branded products are risky to some point, because eBay gives the brand owners power to take down listings of the brand they own, even if products are legitimate. Obviously the rights owners are going to be more zealous of defending brands where people will pay extra for the name, such as handbags or shoes, rather than commodity goods like office supplies.
Your first defense against being accused of selling fakes is not to sell fakes. If you sell fakes, you must make sure that the quality of the fakes is as good or better than the real thing. This is why I think most people fail at doing it. You buy the cheap $70 chinese fake and try to sell it on eBay for $500 and of course you're going to get banned. Because your quality is shit and your supplier doesn't really give a shit about you because he can find suckers all day who're always looking for the lowest cost suppliers. You buy the expensive $250 fake where the supplier really took time and effort to make it look 100% authentic and sell it on eBay and you can probably get away with it for a while. Other than that you should research brands that you know are risky before you sell them. For example some luxury brands do their own distribution, sell directly to the customers, and never have a sale. Telling eBay you bought them on a sale, bought it wholesale, or on Amazon is going to get you banned.
Arbitrage for most items won't be profitable enough to have another person in the middle taking part of your profits. If you can run stealth eBay, you should be able to run stealth paypal.

Hi Tom, I can't PM you but seems like you ship quite a bit of packages. Would you be interested in selling your tracking numbers? Just the tracking numbers, no order info or anything. Ideally I would be buying them on a regular basis, daily, weekly or whatever is agreed upon. I need them to build tracking history on some accounts on a ecommerce site.
One of the reasons why I have stealth accounts almost 10 years old is because I don't get involved in stuff like this, legitimate or not.

Always use a real US based cell or land phone #. I have never gotten a 0 limit account when using a real phone + real US based card
1. Recognize that delivery will be slow compared to US based sellers. Make sure your customers know this. Always underpromise and overdeliver, never other way across.
2. When you figure out what you're doing dropshipping, get off Aliexpress as soon as possible and look for better suppliers. Drop shipping from Aliexpress is not where the real money is.
3. Always keep enough money in Paypal to handle returns and refunds. Have enough funds in your bank account to handle at least one product cycle. Trying to do this with no money is one of the reasons why people have paypal problems.
Yes, you always want to use a real address, not a made up one.

Thanks a lot for the advice! So if it takes 12-20 days I should mention it in the description that it will take 12-20 days right? Or should I just say "Delivery takes 2.5 weeks" .Give them an estimate.
Just 2 more things.
1) How do you go about marketing your ebay listing? How do you promote them? Do you just list your item with good a title ,description and just hope someone buys it? or do you promote them in any way?(social media) .
Its impossible for new sellers to rank in the first page of products cause of other sellers with 99% feedbacks. I have found a lot of items under 10$ which I can sell for a good profit (or just break even) but I don't get how I can promote my listings.
2)Like you said above ,go for items which are cheap and which sell fast. But how do they sell fast? In my case I have 0 feedback and even if I do offer the lowest price possible + free shipping ,I don't see how buyer would be interested to buy an item from me.
If it takes 20 days, tell them 4 weeks. No one complains about a package arriving too early. This should be clearly stated both in your listing and your shipping policy.
You shouldn't have to promote your listing, since eBay brings eyeballs to your listings. That's why you pay eBay their 12-15%.
One of the most important metrics eBay uses is selling account history. There is no way around it.
If you have a good item with good pics and accurate descriptions, at a competitive price, buyers will find your listings. If you do all of the above and still there are no buyers, either there isn't a demand for your item at your price point of shipping time, you're trying to sell in a niche that is too saturated, or there's something wrong with your account.
