If you plan to stream the videos than cheap hosting wont cut it for you bud sorry.. And if you plan to only embade the videos on your website than any hosting plan would suit you depending on how many websites you will have.

Well as far as i know you can install Odoo on any platform no matter if its a VPS or dedicated server. The only thing you need to know is how much resources you will spend.

When it comes to Odoo you need to know how many users you are planning to have and what kind of operations those users will be performing.

You can start off with VPS KVM 1/2 than upgrade depending on your needs.
