Youtube and Clickbank: Profitable in 2017?

Does anyone know if that method works still? Because I'm probably going to try it out. As well as Nvendetta's method, which if I'm correct is basically this method described in this video:

I have a feeling if I play my cards right, Youtube and Clickbank CAN be profitable in 2017.

I haven't watched the video (so can't comment on the method described in it) but I can tell you for a FACT that yes, clickbank + youtube IS profitable in 2017. We have several affiliates who are making over $1,000 daily consistently just from youtube + CB, and at least one of them is an active member of BHW

BTW, i have viral video in lose weight niche that has 2.5M views currently and me unlisted it! Don't know why that vid doesn't make me any sale.

I used somebody else videos sometime. [ Try to find the good videos that not rank well on youtube, download it and add your own twist. Don't forget to give the original video creator credit. I love to mention the owner of the videos at the end of my new video. Annotation work best when promoting cb product. ]

I would definitely setup a website related to your channel. Then when optimizing the channel get that domain verified with YT (can be done with G Analytics code). Then when you have an approved domain setup for your channel, you can use this domain in your YT Cards (video enhancement) to promote the CB offer. I use Cards on my videos because Annotations are not viewable on mobile.

I use Pretty Link plugin on my site so that way YT will always let you use the domain in your Card and you're not using the actual CB link. For example the "pretty link" would be mydomain.com/SixPackGuide and you would insert this in the Card. This link then actually redirects to your hop link for the CB product Six Pack Guide (or whatever product you're promoting).

A website is always a good thing to have. Of course, I believe alternatives exist, so you can have a landing page without your own website (Clickfunnels) and setup emails with Mailchimp I think. It's nice to know there are options for those without a website, though a website can only help you in the long run (if you don't lose money from it).

You need your own domain and hosting for external annotations to work .You need to take action my friend

Youtube+ClickBank in 2017? Definitely profitable, but how? First of all, simple things like yt views, likes, positive comments are a good kickstart and you can gather all that stuff cheap right? Promote your video on various ways, use your knowledge combined with imagination

yes i'm confident about 90% that every video i will add will go viral, that's because many factors my friend.
first : because i already knew what people like and what is working so i keep doing it.
second : because i got around 30k subscribers this help to pop up the video at the first page and if the thumbinal is crazy then it will go viral easily.
you can rank even without adding a single tag. but this will totally depends on 1- the thumbinal 2- the keywords which is in the title and description
don't you ever add tags in description! because it is against the rules of youtube '
you may add them smartly, by adding the keywords in context of a topic or small article that define your video.

Interesting. It's cool that you don't have to make a new youtube channel for each video you make. My main channel has hundreds of subs but to have thousands must be something nice. I have heard that making a new youtube channel for each niche you do and naming the channel the keyword helps with SEO and ranking. Although it's probably not necessary if you have a lot of subs on your main channel since you should get views from that anyways, even if you don't rank. But ranking sure does help.

don't take videos from vendor landing pages .. people will click and then watch the same video! its quite boring and frustrating they will exit the page

I was browsing Clickbank for products following Mancar's thread about choosing a product for newbies. I found a few good ones, and found good keywords to match for them with 1K-100K searches and low competition. I will then look the keyword up on Google. Sometimes there will be a video related to the niche which is a good sign since it means I could possibly outrank their video with mine. Problem is, each one I found so far for my relatively low comp keywords had at least 100,000 views.

How the heck am I supposed to outrank that? When looking for Clickbank products, there only so many niches that are actually profitable. But I feel like they would all be saturated.

My question is, in simple words: Is the Youtube and Clickbank method still profitable in 2017? Is it still possible to make 6 figures with Clickbank?

Traditional methods like I use in mail order are usually akin to a suckers bet online in niche marketing.
