I got it , get the users to leave email then email them the url for free prize the url is your host looking like the sign up page then you can offer adsence and others

My way was getting traffic from offering
Free internet , but the sign up form re directed to my webpage for traffic....
Still a grate idea but ppl are looking for a way to monitize a self made server type website all in one , but becouse i ip will be available it very hard to scale , earn.
Even if the user is bounced to a dns service and the referring ip used wont work cause go thru the main server link .
It going to be hard getting a diffrent ip when there trying to get a internet and your providing it .

Erm...you didn't say that at all.
You told people you tried it a "long time ago" and that it works "brilliantly" at UK malls. You also mention that you used MaxBounty (who would never allow this traffic) and an iPhone 7 deal (which is remarkable as this was only launched in September 2016).
I am fairly sure of three things:
1) You've never tried this method
2) You're not from or do not live in the UK
3) You are making things up on here

I live day by day and time ago, is a month or two to me, sorry yes was 2016 was done ... no big cash was made ....
My setup is what i said .....
The posters setup was slightly diffrent .
He used two antana and a free internet connection to provide internet ...

Even their website is called The Mall, http://www.themall.co.uk/ they have 5 shopping centres.
No offence to all the Americans on here but I hate the current trend of Americanising our language in the UK, my kids are 18, 20 & 24 and I can't tell half the time if they are British or American!!!
