Does SEO spamdexing needs to take upto few month to work?

Does SEO spamdexing (Link Building) needs to take upto few month to work?

recently build up my webstore, currently focus on promote my webstore via various different way, keep learning and learning.

Have been reading some many article about Adwords and SEO, many said that SEO spamdexing (Link building) needs to take upto few months to get my website being reaching by some type in relative word about my webstore.

Is that true, if so, is there any method to make it shorter.

Yes it has.
Spamdexing (wherever you got that term) sounds like spamming.

Spamming and smart link building are worlds apart and so are the results and time taken to achieve results...

is there any short cut to do Spamdexing
