Did anyone else loose hostwinds referralls?

I told them I cannot speak on the phone. This was the reply to the ticket.
"It appears some referrals who had less than $10 in pending commission were dropped from the old system

So basically I lost my referrers. Really sucks. I'm not sure if I want to continue promoting them after loosing all of my work. I don't really trust hostwinds that much.
I had a sign up for 4x$ which would've been a great cashout. Although their new system looks really good how do I know they won't just shut that down and "steal" my referalls again in the future.
I'll probably just promote hawkhost from now. They look legit.

We are in the process of migrating to our new affiliate program with substantially higher payouts.

1-6 sales a month ~ Pay-Per-Sale $65.00 USD for each sale you deliver.
7-12 sales a month ~ Pay-Per-Sale $85.00 USD for each sale you deliver.
13-19 sales a month ~ Pay-Per-Sale $100.00 USD for each sale you deliver.
19+ sales a month ~ Pay-Per-Sale $135.00 USD for each sale you deliver.
During this process some affiliates with under $10 in pending commission (The default amount given to all affilaites) had their legacy affiliate accounts deactivated. We are giving all affected uesrs a $10 account credit, and all affiliate's on the new system will get a $10 account credit to start.
Users with more than a $10 affiliate balance's accounts will not have been affected, and they will still be able to access the legacy affiliate system. Although new signups must go through the new affiliate system.
The new affiliate system will provide much higher payouts, for example based on your SS you would be eligible for almost $195 in commission.

How come you couldn't just transfer the referrers I already had though?

The two systems are incompatible with each other.
We are able to give you a credit for the $$ you had earned, as I promised you, we do not want anyone to feel as though they are being cheated which is why we are doing the right thing, and offering you the balance as an immediate payout.
I do not want to go back in forth in a thread, so if you will so kindly respond to your ticket, I will be more than happy to work out the details and ensure you get the $$ you have earned.
