[GET] a Free Windows/Linux VPS for 1 YEAR from Amazon

Hi guys, I read a lot of posts on BHW, I reply on a lot of threads created by other people but rarely create my own so I wanted to share something with all of you, some of you might already know about it but some might not and it could help the ones just starting that are low on cash.

So here it is, a way to get a free Windows/Linux VPS for 1 year, here are the specs :

- 30Gb Hdd ( you?ll have around 11Gb free after the windows is installed, could be more if you install linux)
- 1Gb of RAM
- 1 virtual processor at 2.49Ghz
- OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard or several versions of linux
- 1GB monthly free traffic ( if you go over they will charge you $0.12 per 1Gb which is almost free as well )

What you will need :
- a credit card - you will not be billed but it's required to create the account
- a phone number - they will call to verify identity (robot not human)
- 5-15 minutes to set everything up the first time

How to get it? It's simple, it's an Amazon offer for all new AWS accounts, here is where you start :

Hit the get started today button and follow all the steps they put you through, at the end you will have your very own VPS, free for 1 year. Be prepared to spend a little time filling everything up as they didn't exactly make this a 2 step installation program as wordpress

You have all the info you need to do it on your own, in case you want step by step instructions to do this, I spent most of today creating this post about it, if you get stuck anywhere maybe it can help.

Cheers for the information.
Does amazon monitor what you use the vps for?
Can you scrape from it without getting amazon slap you for it?
I'm a beginner, so will definitely check it out. It's likely not ideal for
data scraping because of the 1gb traffic limit.

I don't think it monitors what you use this for, however you do have a traffic limit in place, so if you use it too intensely they might bill you for the extra traffic you do. Haven't used it that way so really can't say, you will have to see for yourself.

Next goal found CC supplier who will help me to set this up.

Can you buy extra things on top of their free offer? Like more hard drive, ram, or a different OS?

of course you can, this is basically their offer to get new clients that will stay with them after that.

Great post...may i ask if the VPS would be able to work with IG Followliker with 10 or more accounts?!

Thanks, you may ask, though I am sorry to say I have no idea as I haven't used IG, though it's free, you can just give it a try and let others know as well.
