Sometimes Googling for certain themes doesn't turn up results because the company is usually filing copyright infringement claims to have them removed from Google's listings.
Luckily, there's a way to reverse engineer the process. All you need is access to those filings and you can get that at:
For example, if I'm looking for a theme called *insert here* so I type it in the Quick Search and, voila, there are claims filed on behalf of the company:
Copy and then paste the links and begin your search for a working download.
Keep in mind, many themes are filled with hidden scripts so you're taking a risk. If you're using Wordpress, be equipped with TAC plugin but that's not enough so you're taking a risk by not buying it directly from the vendor as I have experienced early in my IM career. The only way I'll download a nulled theme nowadays is if its verified clean on BHW because I don't know how to do it myself at the moment.
If you can support the developer, please do when you can and when you know that the theme works for you.
