Tweet a few times every day, this seems to help a brand new account stick.
I leave the 10-20 second pause alone at default,
follow users based on a good donor account in the niche
I set it up to follow users with 80-100K followers and 80-20K following
recent tweet 4 days, except Monday and Tuesday I usually do 6 days
and do something like this:
Get some addmefast followers coming in immediately after starting the account, and keep them trickling in.
Follow around 30/day for 2-3 days
Follow around 50/day for 2-3 days
Follow around 75-95 for maybe a week, until you are following about 1K
Stop for at least a full 24 hours after Twidium is done working.
Unfollow ~60/day for about 3 days
Stop for at least a full 24 hours after Twidium is done working.
Follow 120-140 until following approaches 2K
Stop for at least a full 24 hours after Twidium is done working.
Unfollow ~100/day until I am bored
Stop for at least a full 24 hours after Twidium is done working.
Now the account is over a month old, I usually follow ~230/day until I am following as many as followers, being careful to start the following more than 24 hours after the last Twidium run has ended, so there will be a day off every several days.
Unfollow a little less than 200/day until bored.
After another month of this I will start exceeding 300 follows/day, I never do more than 350
I always keep unfollowing under 200/day
HTH
Edit: I also change the donor account at least once a week. I think it may help new people see you as a suggestion to follow as you start to work your way into new circles of people
