Got scammed by member "cyberflax" his skype is called BL4CK

Havent heard from him in almost 7 days now. He scammed me out of 200 dollars which was the upfront payment. He promised to make me a livewallpaper app and said he would have it ready in 3 days ...hasn't responded to any of my skypes even called his number that he posted on skype and no response. His skype name is "BL4CK". Avoid him! Moderators please any help would be appreciated. Here are some bits and pieces of the skype chat.

I feel for you bro.. I never had any problems dealing with BL4CK.. He was a honest guy in my book... But time is a bitch.. A person changes with that... I never paid him before I got my work done...

Raise a dispute ASAP
 
yeh i've rasied a paypal dispute already and if that doesn't go through ill call my bank because the funds came straight from the bank card not paypal..but yeh i've learned my lesson...never doing an upfront payment again.
 
It's a tough game out there and you learn from each mistake, What type of payment processor did you use? and are you able to make a dispute to get your money back? you can use the Skype convo as evidence.

Thats the picture of the fool hes one of those guys...he cant program worth crap thats why he cant make a basic live wallpaper
 
ebric before giving iTrader and opening a shitlist thread you must know to whom you are doing. You are dealing with someone else and posting against some one else. Mods please check.....

i am worried about the iTrader. I was having 22 +ive iTrader and now its have 1 -ive iTrader
 
Its sad bro..cant trust any body nowadways ...never had a problem with odesk though at least there i wont have to pay upfront..but my advice to you is never ever ever pay until he sends you the code..is what ive learned

your apologies doesn't mean to me because i will be losing business now. You know how mush work I have done to make this 22 iTrader. Most of the guys providing similar services as of me are on 8- iTrader and mine was 22..........and you can check the thread where I replied....
 
added a comment to the feedback showing that it was a misunderstanding but will ask mods to remove the negative feedback aswell
 
@phpdotnetguy, I can't see the mods not removing the iTrader. It'd suck hard core if you got stuck with it after all the great reviews you got.

How can you possibly shitlist the wrong guy. You should go back and edit all the threads you called him a scammer too, I know I saw at least two in the Hire a Freelancer.


Now, if Cyberflax is the correct guy, then you're probably not going to get your money back. He's been shitlisted before for $300 ( should have searched before you went into a deal with him! ), and he hasn't logged on in 4 days ( since the 20th ).

Yeh first thing i did was remove the comments made against phpdotnet and yeh ill have my bank go after the guy..how can the guys get on the shitlist and still not get banned.?

In that threads case it looks like the OP just didn't pursue it after posting it.

Just make sure after a mod PM's cyber that after the allotted time an action is taken against him.
