Hi all,

seowebmaster2010 posted a thread in hire a freelancer section to design a WSO sales graphic for $50

I contacted him on skype as per his request on his hire a freelancer thread and both we agreed to get it done for $50

After sending the completed design, he told that the size is not correct/not fitting on the thread,etc.., but I'm sure that the banner size is pinpoint perfect as per his sample image. I generously asked him to pay me at morning since its 4:30 AM and I'm dead tired at that time. He said ok. Good Night and that's the last message I received from him. I tried contacting him on skype but he always offline. Also sent him 3 messages on BHW but no reply yet but he keeps posting JV threads here and is currently online in BHW at the moment. I never knew that his intention is to get me to do the design and run away without paying for my work.

The work is delivered on Friday, 3rd Aug 2012. This thread is posted 1 week later. It's saturday, 11 Aug 2012 Today.

I'm really glad that you replied here all of a sudden. I dono why skype shows pending to all messages sent to you since Aug 4. If by anyway you accidentally blocked me on skype, pls unblock so I can send you my paypal address.

tawsifhossain, I never mentioned the word SCAMMER in my thread title/content. I'm urged to post it here after waiting for a week with no reply to messages on here and on skype.

Keep us updated. Sometimes, it just takes a few more days of patience as not all of us are available all of the time.

Either way, if he pays / does not pay, keep us updated here. Hopefully, he will pay you as he has come on this thread and told you the reason behind the delay.

No excuse to hire someone that is willing to work with you until 4:30am and after you receive deliverable you shut off communication until a shitlist is opened. No reason to promise to pay on the 4th, ignore all attempts to be contacted and then after a shitlist is opened suddenly appear saying you were on a business trip.

The only person that closed the communications is the person that owed the money. Don't address both. Address the person in the wrong here.

I'm happy the guy is finally paying but it doesn't change my opinion of him. No excuse for what he did. Away on a business trip that suddenly ended when the shitlist thread opened. Um sure ok. And it appears he's still blocking the worker on Skype.

I sent him my paypal address after He unblocked me on skype. But due to some paypal restrictions in india, he can't send funds to my paypal. So I sent him another US paypal account. Now he is not replying to my messages on skype and keeps "quiet".

I have never heard of not being able to send money from an Indian account, only not being able to receive them. Again, you have done your part. Give him 24 hours to respond and take action.

If not, post back here.

That is completely fine. However, Smartman has sent him an USA Paypal account so there shouldn't be any issues or excuses now. Smartman, please kindly PM me with the status of how everything is going. I may not be a Moderator but I will be glad to help.

Give him some time. Just kindly ask him/remind him again. Give him 24 hours to pay, and if nothing happens - come back here and post, and also message a moderator and let them know of the situation.
 
I fully know this guy, here are his awesome SCAMMING threads.(wonder i fall for his scam ) example of his threads asking for reviews is shared below, he took good three reviews from me, promised me a pagerank 9 backlinks from ten/p of domains.But after giving him my three reviews on his product, he just quietly and automatically stopped replying my pm, last google pagerank update saw the website i gave him at PR0. here's another thread for you to view.http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...permanent-100-different-domains-100-free.html

Didn't you post this in the Shit List? If you had done, then this guy would have been banned ages ago (If he was found to be a scammer).

If you look at the ​posted skype log, he actually wants me to design 25 REAL Testimonials but unfortunately he chosen to do that in BB code. I'm sorry 3 of those REAL reviews are yours cause the banner which I designed is exactly for the same service which he listed as 100% Free - ironically in BHW itself.
 
Considering the thread legendking shared, he seems to be an outright scammer.. Also if you visit the url mentioned in his location.. It takes you to clickbank's affiliate site. Also staff changed his sig.

Well if he doesn't pay you perhaps you can post his WSO here. I'm sure it would be an invaluable experience for him to not pay.
 
Let us know if he don't pay and starts up his WSO, I will try my best to let it know on the WF. Other BHW members can also do that who are already on WF by posting in his sales thread and demanding for justice. Just keep us updated.

Noop, My Mistake, i thought i was going to get a 20 pagerank 7-9 backlinks to rank my blog.(which is truly making me feel bad, at the thought of this guy playing and calling me a fool.) but after he did it the first time and took 3 good reviews from me, and didn't pm me, i was kinda amused and shocked.But later, he opened the same thread again, asking for users to pm him and imagine which website he said he will link back to them? Facebook which is pagerank 9, amist other great corporate websites which we know no one can buy a link on their homepage.he's so a big liar.
