Scammed by ANOWAR

This is the first time I am reporting someone for a scam, so please bear with me.
I have purchased FB accounts from ANOWAR35 and two separate occasions. The first time I purchased 4000K friends and this last time 30K in friends. The transaction went smoothly both times.

Within 24 hours of purchasing the initial 4K in friends, someone started changing the profile pictures and passwords: Here is the exchange of emails after the 4k purchase:

So basically, after I received the other accounts, he said his computer was hacked and that is why everything was changed. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and ordered 30k in friends this second time around.

As you know, I'm pretty easy to get along with....even when I have issues with something. I do my best to find a solution before losing my cool.
This morning, I woke up to almost of all the accounts I bought off you being disabled. These are the only accounts that still work, so needless to say I am more perturbed about this.
Now, know a little about Facebook and how they operate, this is more than likely due to someone trying to access them or change passwords or whatever. I have been more than fair when dealing with you and people stealing your passwords and such, but this has got to stop. I have used proxies on these accounts and haven't used them for anything except status updates and accepting friend requests. I haven't used any of the accounts for any type of marketing, yet.
This is what I want:
I want 30k in friends (minus however many friends I have currently in the working accounts)
I want the passwords and logins to be left alone after I get them.
I want your personal guarantee that this will not happen again.
I would like all of this within the next 24 hours.

I went through the conversations repeatedly after Rebelian mentioned, and I too am finding that the last person is someone else because of the diff in English.Your seller is, I think, using someone else (better than himself) to communicate with you to save his situation and also his PP account (which may belong to the other person and also, may be, he now understands that FB may get involved too and his business will be blasted).

Sad to see that you got that shit man. All i can say is do not cancel the dispute for any of his promises, you wont be able to open a new one on the same case. just get back your money and populate your own accounts. probably hes using shit proxies + stealing back accounts...

I must say between you:hitman and anowar got some misunderstanding. And ofcourse if you find the accounts disable after few days that responsibility should not take the provider if you worked in wrong way.

Thank you for the post. Yes, the work was fine. And again, I will reiterate, I hadn't used the accounts for any type of posting to anything yet because I wasn't ready to run another campaign.

And if you read closely, you will see that he keeps going back into the accounts, changing pictures, information, and passwords. (Read the other threads.) And then telling people his computer was hacked.

If the accounts have been re-accessed because of his computer was hacked, then replace the accounts. Right? Maybe someone got back into the accounts, did something they weren't supposed to do and that is why they got shut down. I don't know. But the responsibility lies with him since they accessed everything through him/computer.

You do not tell someone you are going to do something and then NOT do it. I haven't lied about anything, and I'm not going to start now. I will match my integrity against yours, his, or anyone else.

He needs to keep his word.

Except that only the accounts I bought from him were disabled.

The other accounts I have are fine.

That is the issue. I could give a fuck less about $240. I told him I just wanted the accounts, and I wanted them to be left alone after I bought them.

You seem to think this is a money issue when it's not. All I wanted was for him to keep his word. If he said, I can only do 10K, or I need a week, or that we wouldn't do it, then fine. I'm just out $240 and I never do business wit him again.

The problem is, we had an agreement, and he needs to honor it.
