So in June I started my own business doing ORM and SEO. Recently, I sent out 18 letters for ORM using the 7878 method and got 1 callback; we have a meeting Thursday. I am a broke student, and I am not a big fan of working in retail. So, I have started this thread to help keep me accountable for my success. I am using a 28 day program called "Get clients now!" and I have made 10 daily tasks for myself:
1) Call 5 SEO leads, Call 5 ORM leads
2) Research leads through Ripoffreport and other complaint sites.
3)Email 20 potential clients per day
4)Post to classifieds every day.
5)Write 1 Guest blog for SEO
6) Post 3 Guest blogs per week
7)Answer 5 questions per day
8) Attend 1 meetup in my area per week
9) Contact potential referral partners with a proposal.
10) Update this thread
I will update you guys on Thursday and everyday with a checklist and whether I have done my tasks or not. I will be charging $500 per month for the review service(mentioned in 7878 post) and the pricing will depend for suppression of complaints sites, like ripoff report.
