How to be on top google with launch jacking in 3 days?

Hi everyone, I am a newbie trying to do launch jacking but haven't got result with it. There's a people I talked to recently, he said that he can rank top 1 product in around 3-4 days, his page is often less than 10 back link and he didn't care about Seo much. He doesn't want to reveal his strategy, anyone know how to do this? I thought a lot and don't know without backlink and Seo on page, how can it be on top like that. I am very appreciate if someone share experience . Thanks

The reason why he doesn't want to reveal his strategy is because he's talking bullshit.

Yes you can rank in 3-4 days but simply put there are others with bigger budgets and better contacts that will always outrank you.

Why try any method where you're already at a disadvantage at the start.

Ranking is for low competition KWs is easier....but you wont be able to do it they way someone told you about...as he probably told hundreds of other people that do exactly SAME thing!
