You have some skills so sell them and don't quit after a few failures.
Forget about the shitty fiverr, they pay nothing and take 25% of your earnings - sounds like a great deal.

It's 17.april today
Meaning: You have 7 months
7 months * 30 = 210 days
$5000/210 days = 23$ a day
Normal freelancing will get you there - educate how to sell and presell your services
fact: you are wasting precious time posting here - nobody will answer what you need to do
It's because you choose to do something and not that you need to be told to do it

As much as I hate these threads, I'll throw in my two cents. You have good skills to freelance with and have already used Fiverr, so improve your gigs and try to get at least a couple of orders a day. That alone would put you close to your goal.
Don't give up on the other sites like oDesk, because they will bring you better money than Fiverr will. Take some time to write a quality profile with proper grammar and examples of your work. If your profiles and gigs are written anything like this post they need to be improved.
