Disclaimer - I didn't invent this method, I'm merely sharing my experience
I've done it, and it works.
I've noticed when these threads are started, a lot of people say "that doesn't work, blah blah blah...."
ANYTHING WORKS IF YOU PUT IN THE EFFORT. Whether or not it's worth your time, well, that's for you to decide.
(mods, if this is the wrong place, I apologize.)
The procedures:
Step 1:
Finding products: First of all, find products in whatever niche we are exploring. From my experience, I can tell that if you search ebooks, videos or courses in ‘make money online' niche or if you find software/plugins/whatever in any niche, you will make money. This will work with any product, but we really want to focus on something with a lot of demand, or something that is very popular. You don't need to buy any product just visit forums where stuff is for sale or a website like ClickBank and start exploring products available for sale. But if you are already aware about some of the popular products then you don't need to visit forums or Clickbank. The idea here is to find products that are sold a lot, and are expensive, and are easily pirated. You have to find the products first!
The most popular niches are:
• Weight Loss
• Make Money Online
• Twitter Followers
• Quit Smoking
• Acne
• Facebook
Step 2:
Finding unauthorized distribution sources: As soon as you find a popular product, your work is to find any unauthorized sharing of that product on file hosting sites or forums, or any where that is doesn't belong.
For example, TweetAttacks is a really popular software and it can put Twitter marketing tasks on autopilot. You can automate almost every task on Twitter using this tool. (you don't have to know anything about the products, but this is just an example)
You can search, follow, unfollow people, tweet, retweet and reply to other people tweets, by using this software. The best thing is that everything is automatic and it supports multiple accounts. The reason I say this, is because it's so awesome, it's in high demand. Twitter is a really powerful marketing tool online, and tweetattacks sells a lot of software. Because it's popular, people might have shared this software in an illegal way and have uploaded it on file hosting sites. When I say "might" the odds that they HAVEN'T shared this software in unauthorized manner is very, very, very slim. Visit google and type the following keywords:
[get] tweetattacks
[get] tweetattacks for free
[get] tweetattacks full download free
tweetattacks mediafire
tweetattacks hotfile
tweetattacks blah blah blah... you get the idea
tweetattacks ************
(some examples, you're a smart guy)
Please note: My purpose of telling you about these keywords is to teach you about finding unauthorized shares of the product. Please don't misuse these keywords to find the software without buying them. Most of the free shares include trojans and viruses in them and after spending your precious time in finding and downloading them you'll find that they won't work without a genuine key. This is fine, because it's still not authorized for sharing, I'm just warning you to resist the temptation to download it. While searching for these keywords, you'll find a lot of websites where this product has been shared in an unauthorized way. They can be forums or file hosting sites like mediafire, rapidshare and file serve etc.
Step 3 - Contacting the vendor/ rights owner:
TweetAttacks was just an example, you can select any product you want. I've already done this product, but we will be doing this under a different company name, so I wouldn't do this one just yet.
Make a list of all the urls where you find unauthorized share of the product.
Visit the official website of the product and find the vendor contact information on the website.
If you really want to make money then your email should be very impressive and convincing.
Here is the actual email format that I've been using to contact vendors to tell them about the unauthorized sharing of their products:
Subject: Important: You're losing business! (or something)
Hello <vendor name>, how are you? My name is George and I am a consultant working in the unauthorized file sharing industry. Today, while getting more information about your product <product name> on the internet, I found that there are many people who are sharing <product name> in an unauthorized and illegal way on several file hosting sites.
Please check these links:
<website 1>
<website 2>
<website 3>
<website 4>
<website 5>
<website 6>
<website 7>
and many more...
So far I've found about 10 links. Do you know that you are losing big amount of business every month from these unauthorized shares? As you probably know impossible for a seller to check the unauthorized shares on daily basis. Fortunately, I can help you remove files from these file sharing sites and can help you to increase your revenue. You are losing money from these unauthorized distributions. I'll remove your files from all of these file sharing sites like mediafire, rapidshare and upload dot com etc. and you can check them again after I confirm the completion of the job. This will definitely improve your sales and you'll earn more revenue. Currently, I am charging $97 for this service. Soon I am going to increase this price to $147. Trust me, this is not an expense, but an investment to improve your business. I see that you're offering this product on your website for $47 (or product price). If you get only two more sales from the removal of the illegal distribution, your investment is already returned. The rest is profit, and you'll stop losing money from these illegal downloads. I know I don't need to make you understand why you should protect your product from unauthorized downloads. I can complete my job within 72 hours. In addition, I can also work on other links that you may have noticed but that I have missed. I'll need your physical address and phone number and your permission to report these files on your behalf. I'm glad I can at least make you aware of this issue. Let me know what you think!
Sincerely,
Furious George (using a realistic name really helps here)

Searching for new products and then sending emails to vendors is a continuous task. You can keep finding new products, their unauthorized shares and contacting their vendors with your service offer. As per my experience, by spending just 2 hours a day, I was able to find around 25 products and sending emails to their vendors with the unauthorized file hosting links.
The response from the vendors was really overwhelming. Due to this response, I was able to close 8 sales of my service on day one. After you've got a list of links where the product is being shared in an unauthorized way and you've got the payment (or order) then you can start the process of removing those links. This is the simplest task in this whole process. You must have the information of the vendor like his name, physical address, website, phone number and email. You also MUST have the permission of vendor to send email to those file hosting sites on his behalf. Now, your work is to report all those links to file hosting sites. Few sites do provide their email address to report abuse and some of them have a contact form only.
Step 4
The notification you will send is called ‘DMCA notification'. DMCA means ‘Digital Millennium Copyright Act' which criminalizes the dissemination of information which infringes copyrights on the internet. Sending a really simple notification to these hosting sites will remove the files from their websites. Here is a very clean template of a DMCA notification, which I always use:
Legally, you're not allowed to send this without the permission from the vendor.
Subject: DMCA Notication! Content Removal Request!
Hello, My name is George. I work for <vendor name> for the website <website name> We are selling a product, <product name> on our website <website name> for <product price>. Unfortunately, we found that someone has uploaded our product on your website and is sharing it with others in an unauthorized way. Here is the link of unauthorized share: <URL of the unauthorized share> Sir, due to this free sharing we are incurring losses. Can you please remove the product from the link, we've mentioned above? We have not authorized the free distribution of our product in this manner, so its an illegal share and I am making this complaint in good faith only. I state that the information hereby is 100% correct and I am fully authorized to provide it! I hope you will take a fast action in removing the links. Again, here is the link for your reference: <URL of unauthorized share> You can contact us at: <vendor name>, <vendor website> <vendor physical address>, <Phone number>
Just send this simple email to the concerned website at the email they've mentioned for reporting such shares or simply visit the website and use contact form. There are many websites... they all have a DMCA compliance email some where on the site, you'll have to find it. Almost every website offers an email or contact form to report these kind of shares. Just visit on that website and find the links like ‘DMCA', ‘Contact' or ‘Report Abuse' etc. and you can find a way to report those links. Generally, these links are in the footer of the website.
According to my experience, whenever I report an unauthorized share, the file is removed within 24 hours, maximum. But, still you should tell your client that it may take upto 48-72 hours to get the files removed. After 24 hours, check the links again, most of them would've been removed and you'll see a message saying it's been removed because it violated blah blah....
Last month I made about 2 grand from this. I did work every Monday, and the average sale was about 50 bucks. Yes, I haggle the price, and I low ball and make higher offers to certain people.
1. To find most popular software and money making products, go to forums/sites and then find if there are any unauthorized shares on the internet which can be reported. If yes, then contact vendor and offer your service.
2. If you've got scrapebox, then simply use the custom footprints like this:
Intitle:[get] software name, for example if the software name is TweetAttacks then
you can use the custom footprint, intitle:[get] TweetAttacks. It will collect most of the
links from forums where this software has been shared.
3. After completing order for your vendor, ask him if he can give some more work like
this or if he can refer your services to his friends or other internet marketers?
4. While sending email to file hosting sites, enter all the links you want to report in single email. Make sure that you are talking about only one product at a time and the links you are reporting are related to that website only. Obviously, you shouldn't report a ShareCash dot org link to a media fire website.
5. Don't forget to send them a paypal invoice for services, and don't do a thing until they pay. Always be courteous even if they decline the offer. I had to email a guy three times, once a week, before he responded. He ended up paying me 200 bucks.
6. It really helps if you have a professional looking website.
That's it!
