Buying website ? Forget it ! I am in the same situation + no money! I am trying to start earning money with no money at all,with that amount that wouldn't be difficult! I would make fiverr business,that's easy + hire someone to do job for you or re-sell it on SEO Clercks or Gigbucks

1. Start offering a service.. forget about Fiverr...think of something offline people need and you can provide..even outsource!
2. Get into Media Buys or some Adult PPC methods!
3. Create apps!
4. Create a product (or rehash it) and launch a WSO!

I too have $1000 to invest. I have created WordPress Themes. I'll promote them to get good money.
But in your case if you don't know to create any product, then use some money to buy a product with full rights and promote the product with rest of money. When you get the return reinvest them.

There is a thread popping up along the same lines every week now. There is not one way to invest money especially into a money making method.
My advice come up with something different, not what people are going to suggest here. As what people are suggesting here lots of people are already doing it. You can take the fundamentals but then make it your own and different.

Invest in some SEO software, start local seo firm, rank the site for it slocal seo keywords, cold call the yello pages and business in your area, get some clients on board and grow!

What would I do with 700 while living below the poverty line? I'd buy food and pre-pay my internet bill as far out as I could. After that, work on free / very low cost methods until a payment comes in then I'd pay bills/food/etc then upgrade to real domains/writers/etc.

Making sites and then SEOing them takes time. What you need is money and the best option I see is PPC. Choose a product and then do PPC. Try adcenter with coupons to see how it works (ig Google doesn't accepts you). Then scale it up with your money. This gives the fastest results I believe.
