Tons of TV shows are now using Twitter to interact with their audience.
So all you have to do is create some kind of interesting topic based upon what you already know about the show.
For example : #T4 - Every Sunday you know that people will be tweeting stuff about that show.
Now if you go to their site mid week you will be able to find out whats planned for the coming Sunday.
If they are hosting an interview with some celeb, go find some dirt on them, create a catchy title and decent landing page.
Now you have got a few days notice to plan your assault, you can prep your accounts with pre written tweets and have your landers setup to perfection.
Then do what you do best with the traffic. Content Lock, MFA page, Email submit to your aweber list.
If you want to build a large mailing list then this would be a great way to do it. Make your own celeb scandle's website. Then feed the users with stories you pull from your own auto blog and bank from a steady supply of traffic to your auto blog.
